So what exactly is R.E.S.T. Floating, flotation, floatation, floating-REST, flotation-REST and floatation-REST is the same thing but people tend to use different words concerning the same thing. Just simply floating is a good word for it. Flotation-REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Technique) or as John C. Lilly wrote 1981 REST= "Restoring Energy Safely Therapy"
